Come along and be part of the small and intimate workshops I run here in the UK and also retreats in a gorgeous French Chateau in the South of France.  

These workshops are great fun and it is a delight to meet ladies who are ready to take the next step to raise their self-esteem and confidence, live with more self awareness, feeling more feminine and fabulous! 

What they take away from the workshop varies with each person (everyone takes what they need at the time) – and there have been some huge life changing results for many.

It’s important for me to keep these gatherings small, so you gain the maximum benefit. 

Many ladies who have been, find this a great opportunity to share ideas, experiences and tips – as well as establishing new, supportive friendships.   Our workshops always have great energy, are interactive and always fun.  Laughter and sometimes tears are shed along the way – and that is all wonderful, it’s all part of the transformational process.  Many ladies have chosen to come back again as they can take something new away each time they come.
