I’ve just been sharing with my Inner Circle and VIP clients how I’m beginning every day with my new morning routine – and it’s really working for me!
If you’re like me that uninvited and ridiculous inner gremlin often likes to remind me of how ‘it’ll never happen’ – whatever ‘it’ maybe, or that ‘I’m not good enough’ etc…. I’m sure we all have that negative inner self talk going on?
It’s amazing how it’s positive and powerful words just stop the gremlin in his tracks! Reading a book that inspires and ignites the spirit of change or ‘I can make it happen’ – is so much more exciting than stewing on the ‘what if’s and and the yeah buts’!
I can literally feel my energy begin to rise, my heart beat with excitement a little faster and as the a-ha’s flow as I read, I begin to smile! And then to journal my discoveries and new inspired thought that flows. From that point in my day, I’m reminded that I’m living on purpose.
